Who We Are
Jett 3D was created to make 3D printing more accessible for businesses and creators. Our knowledge and experience allow clients to seamlessly produce prototypes, communication models, and end-use parts without having to navigate the complexities of 3D production themselves. From design and material selection to printing and finishing, we manage the entire process—making it easier for our clients to get the parts they need, when they need them.
Our Digital Solutions
Reverse engineering
Recreate hard-to-find, discontinued, or custom parts with Jett 3D’s reverse engineering services. We reverse engineer existing OEM parts and components to create accurate 3D CAD models optimized for 3D printing. Our team carefully captures critical dimensions, features, and fit requirements—making it easy to reproduce replacement parts without access to the original design files or tooling.
3D scanning
Whether you need to recreate an existing component, make design changes, or produce a replacement part, Jett 3D can turn physical parts and objects into accurate digital 3D models with our 3D scanning services. We capture the geometry of existing parts to create high-quality digital files that can be modified, reverse engineered, reproduced, or prepared for 3D printing.
BIM file conversion
Turn your BIM files into accurate, 3D printable models with Jett 3D. We convert Revit and Archicad files into optimized 3D models ready for physical production. Our team handles the technical work required to transform complex architectural BIM data into clean, printable geometry, including simplifying details, repairing geometry, and preparing files for the appropriate 3D printing process.
Our Physical Solutions
Prototyping
Jett 3D helps businesses and product developers turn ideas into functional, physical prototypes quickly and efficiently. From early-stage concepts and design iterations to high-fidelity prototypes that closely represent a finished product, we manage the entire process—including 3D design, material and technology selection, 3D printing, and finishing. With access to a wide range of 3D printing technologies and engineering-grade materials, we can produce prototypes that help clients evaluate form, fit, function, and performance before moving into production.
Volume production
Jett 3D provides flexible production solutions for both low- and high-volume manufacturing, allowing businesses to produce parts without the tooling costs and long lead times associated with traditional manufacturing. We help identify the right 3D printing technology, material, and production strategy for each application, with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency. From small batches to thousands of parts, we manage the entire production process to deliver reliable, repeatable results at scale.
End-use parts
Jett 3D produces durable, production-quality end-use parts using industrial 3D printing technologies and engineering-grade materials. Whether you need a custom component or a replacement part, we help select the right material and manufacturing process based on your application, performance requirements, and budget. From file preparation and production to finishing and quality control, we manage the entire process to deliver parts that are ready to be put to work.
Communication models
Jett 3D creates detailed physical models that help businesses communicate complex ideas, designs, and concepts more clearly. From architectural and site models to product and conceptual models, 3D printing transforms digital designs into tangible objects that stakeholders can easily understand and engage with. We manage the entire process from file preparation and material selection through printing and finishing to create professional models for presentations, design reviews, approvals, and other stakeholder communications.
Molds and casts
Jett 3D uses 3D printing to create custom molds and casting patterns for architectural, artistic, and design applications. From molds for detailed architectural elements and sculptural pieces to patterns for jewelry casting, 3D printing makes it possible to produce intricate geometries and custom forms that can be difficult to achieve with traditional methods. We work from existing digital files or help prepare designs for production, creating accurate molds and patterns ready for the casting process.
Promotional items
Jett 3D creates custom 3D printed promotional and marketing pieces that help brands bring ideas and campaigns into the physical world. From branded displays and event installations to product replicas, props, and one-of-a-kind promotional items, 3D printing makes it possible to create unique pieces tailored to a specific brand or concept. We manage the process from design and file preparation through printing and finishing to deliver polished, attention-grabbing pieces ready for events, activations, retail environments, and marketing campaigns.
Our 3D Printing Technologies
FDM/FFF
Fused Deposition Modeling/Fused Filament Fabrication is used to 3D print PLA, PETG and ABS plastic materials.
-
FDM/FFF Fused Filament Fabrication or FDM Fused Deposition Modeling is the most common type of material extrusion technology. A corn-based filament feeds through an extruder where a heated nozzle extrudes the material. FFF/FDM is well-suited for early prototypes, communication models, and form studies.
Materials available: PLA, PETG, ABS.
SLA/DLS/DLP
Stereolithography, Digital Light Synthesis & Digital Light Processing are used to 3D print a variety of standard and industrial resins.
-
SLA Stereolithography uses a laser to cure specified areas of the print, which solidifies to form a hardened resin part. SLA delivers high-resolution parts with a smooth surface finish perfect for high-fidelity presentation models, precision parts, and mold-making.
Materials available: Standard resin, durable resin, elastic resin, high temp resin, flexible resin, tough resin, castable wax resin.
HP MJF
Multi-Jet Fusion is used to 3D print nylon PA11, PA12, TPU, and glass-filled varieties of each.
-
Hewlett Packard’s MJF Multi-Jet Fusion delivers industrial grade Nylon parts with full-color capabilities. MJF applies a fusing agent to specific print areas while applying a detailing agent to give crisp edges to parts. Nylon is known for its durability and high impact resistance.
Materials available: Nylon PA11, Nylon PA12, Glass-filled nylon, TPU.
SLS
Selective Laser Sintering is used to 3D print nylon PA11, PA12, Polypropylene (PP), and TPU.
-
SLS Selective Laser Sintering uses a laser to sinter small particles of polymer powder into a solid part. SLS is known for its low-cost, high-productivity manufacturing capabilities for small-batch manufacturing.
Materials available: Nylon PA11, Nylon PA12, TPU, EPU.
DLMS/SLM
Direct Laser Metal Sintering and Selective Laser Melting are used to 3D print a variety metals, such as steel, aluminum, and brass.
-
Metal 3D printing offers a range of production methods, such as, DMLS Direct Metal Laser Sintering, SLM Selective Laser Melting, and Binder Jetting that deliver strength and durability.
Materials available: Steel, Stainless Steel 316L, Stainless Steel 17-4PH, Bronze, Aluminum, and Titanium.
Full Color 3D Printing
Multi or full color 3D printing can be achieved through a variety of process such as MJF, dyeing, sandstone, and FDM.
-
Full color 3D printing delivers hyper-realistic, full CMYK color capabilities for Nylon parts. The vivid coloring is applied during the printing process which eliminates the need for painting.
Materials available: Polyjet, resin, PA12, PA11, Sandstone.
