The Up Studio 'Harbor Hideaway' Architectural Model
When you're trying to create something that seems implausible, having a physical representation of your idea to share can be invaluable. This is often the case with building one-of-a-kind residences--architects, builders, buyers, and investors can all benefit from interacting with 3D models of building(s) and geography.

The Up Studio was hired to design and build a home that was in a seaside town in New York, but did not have direct beach access. A 3D printed model was used to communicate their unique plans to maximize views of the water by reorienting the house and adding roof access. The Jett 3D team utilized Up's existing Archicad BIM file to produce a 3D model that was optimized for printing.
