This project taught us what a thurible is. It's the metal incense holder carried by Catholic Priests. In this case, it was being used as a prop in a prestigious concert tour. The original part was designed by the client after which the Jett 3D team made the CAD model 3D printable for selective laser melting (SLM). The parts that came off the printer were smooth, but dull and matte. Our team utilized some basic tools and products such as WD-40, denim, brillo pad, and Mother's aluminum polish to finish the part to a mirror shine.
