Maspeth Environmental struggled to replace an outdated 1980s light cover and turned to 3D printing as a solution. The client requested new covers within a week to avoid delays in their project timeline.
Our approach
We quickly reverse-engineered the cover and conducted test fits to ensure seamless installation. The duplicates were 3D printed in a durable, natural-colored translucent PETG material designed for decades of use and were installed within the same week.
