A producer of aftermarket Porsche interior elements wanted to manufacture custom harness fittings. The original OEM parts were expensive, hard to source, and limited to a single color.
Our approach
We 3D scanned the OEM parts and created PETG prototypes for fit testing. The final production parts were printed in durable nylon, featuring a smooth surface and high deflection temperature ideal for custom automotive painting.
